Role Description The Data Entry Clerk is a part-time, on-remote role based in New York, NY. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in internal systems and databases related to catering orders, client information, event details, and operational records. Day-to-day tasks include verifying data for accuracy and completeness, organizing digital and paper records, and generating simple reports or summaries for internal stakeholders. The Data Entry Clerk collaborates with administrative and hospitality teams to ensure timely information flow, supports customer service by updating client profiles and order changes, and follows established protocols to maintain confidentiality and data integrity. This role also involves responding to routine inquiries, assisting with basic administrative tasks, and helping streamline documentation processes as the business grows.
