Oxford Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients in the Hartford and surrounding areas. If you have experience in dementia and memory care and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! This role involves assisting clients with activities of daily living, companionship, and ensuring their overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license, registered & insured vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care, senior care, or community care
- Experience with dementia/memory loss care preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- CPR certification is a plus
- Ability to pass state and national background checks
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, personal hygiene)
- Meal preparation and assistance with soft diets
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable home environment
