The Opportunity As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Private Equity Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, maximizing value and driving successful deal outcomes. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services, helping clients make informed decisions and achieve sustainable growth in today's dynamic market. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate client needs, and deliver quality solutions. Your role involves mentoring junior team members, analyzing complex problems, and maintaining professional standards. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
