Job Title: Staffing Coordinator Interview Scheduler

Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95403

Duration: 3+ Months Contract

Fully Onsite (5 Days Onite)

Pay Rate: $32.00/hr. W2

Job Description:

Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing interview scheduling and logistics for multiple recruiters while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage calendars and interview logistics.
• Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Maintain candidate data in iCIMS.
• Support reporting and onsite interview activities.
• Use AI tools (Copilot or similar) to improve efficiency.

Required Skills:

• 1+ year of recruiting coordination or administrative experience.
• Interview scheduling and calendar management.
• ATS experience (iCIMS preferred).
• Outlook proficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in  Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or related field
