• Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
• Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
• Create daily reports for management and team members.
• Work directly with Controller and CFO on client SOX documentation and testing
• Perform and document results of tests (quarter/annual)

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance

Phone conversations, written communication via email and formal letters, as well as in-person meetings all require them to have the ability to convey their ideas, concerns, and solutions.
• Writing- Communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the need of the audience.
• Mathematics- Using mathematics to solve problems.
• Proficiency with MS Office - Outlook and Excel.
• Strong Researching, observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
• Processing Information - Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
• Knowledge of SAP or ADP

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
• Sedentary Work - occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force to carry, lift, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, only sometimes required to walk and stand (unless in a travel situation).
• Computer Work - daily use of laptop, computer monitor screen, keyboard, and mouse, sometimes utilizing a headset with microphone & speakers.
