Healthcare Construction Senior Project Manager

A highly respected and long-established commercial healthcare general contractor in the Chicago market is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support continued growth driven by new project wins and major joint-venture partnerships.

This is a growth position, not a replacement. The company has over 30 years of success, extremely low turnover, and a reputation for delivering high-quality healthcare and specialty construction projects.

What You'll Do

Lead multiple healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Manage and mentor Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents

Coordinate schedules, budgets, and subcontractors

Work closely with ownership and executive leadership

Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction

What They're Looking For

8+ years of commercial construction experience

Healthcare project experience strongly preferred

Ground-up and renovation experience valued

Experience with larger General Contractors a plus

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary up to $150,000
