Every single lead you receive in this role has already reached out asking about life insurance. That's the entire model here no cold calling, ever, at any point in your work.

When someone has already expressed interest, the entire dynamic of the call changes. You're not spending energy overcoming initial resistance or interrupting someone's day you're picking up a conversation that person specifically wanted to have. That's a fundamentally different (and, most agents find, much less draining) way to do sales work.

Guide that conversation over phone or Zoom, help the family understand their options using our network of more than 60 carrier partners, and help them pick the right coverage for their situation. Training and mentorship are built in from day one you're never expected to figure this out solo.

Commission-only, no cap on earning potential. $800 to $1,200 average per sale. Based on typical production:

• $50,000+ part-time in year one
• $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in year one

Pay is issued daily and weekly, and performance-based incentives are available on top for agents hitting certain milestones.

Requirements:

• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
