Our organization is on the lookout for a fellowship-trained Colon & Rectal Surgeon to join our esteemed physician-led health system in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on Colorectal Surgery: This position involves 100% colorectal surgery with no general surgery obligations.
• Practice Environment: Work at a nationally recognized Cancer Institute and a cutting-edge quaternary care center featuring over 50 operating rooms and 6 DaVinci robotic systems.
• Clinical Focus: Engage in colorectal cancer treatment, benign conditions, screening colonoscopies, and diagnostic endoscopies. Subspecialty interests are also encouraged.
• Support Staff: Benefit from dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support with a 2:1 or 1:1 ratio.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of cancer specialists and a comprehensive cancer care support team.
• Interdisciplinary Work: Frequent interactions with Urology, Plastic Surgery, Acute Care, Surgical Oncology, Orthopedic Oncology, and General Surgery teams.
• Work Schedule: Enjoy a balanced 32-hour work week spread over 4 days.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Earn between $550,000 and $600,000, based on experience.
• Generous Time Off: Start with over 6 weeks of time off in the first year, increasing to more than 7 weeks in subsequent years.
