What You'll Do

Lead Restaurant Operations

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
• Ensure exceptional quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and guest-focused environment

Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences

• Create memorable customer experiences that build loyalty
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Review customer feedback and implement service improvements
• Lead by example in hospitality and customer service

Develop and Inspire Your Team

• Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and develop employees
• Create a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor utilization
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth

Drive Business Results

• Analyze restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Control labor and operating costs
• Implement action plans and marketing initiatives to increase revenue
• Partner with leadership on operational goals and reporting

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor, and food cost control
• Proven ability to improve customer service and operational performance
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Japanese/English
• Experience in ramen or Asian restaurant concepts
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
