Behavior Analyst Role Near Darien, CT
Location: Darien, CT 06820
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week
Setting: School-Based | General Education & Autism Programs
A school district near Darien, CT is seeking an experienced BCBA to support students and staff throughout the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year. The BCBA will work across general education classrooms as well as programs supporting students on the autism spectrum.
Position Details:
ASAP through June 30, 2027
35 hours per week
Full-time position
Support general education students and classrooms
Support students on the autism spectrum
Caseload spanning 1–2 grade levels
Complete functional behavior assessments
Create and support behavior intervention plans
Consult with teachers and school staff
Provide behavioral guidance and recommendations
Collaborate with educational teams
One position currently available
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification required
School-based behavioral experience preferred
Experience completing FBAs and BIPs
Autism experience preferred
Strong consultation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with school personnel
