Your leadership and insight as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will play a vital part in helping students reach their potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, data collection, and ABA methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention strategies
• Train and consult with educational and support staff on the implementation of behavior plans and ABA techniques
• Monitor student progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure documentation is complete and timely
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Promote a supportive, inclusive environment to help each child succeed academically and behaviorally
