Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment? ShortE's BBQ, located in Johnston, IA, is searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as servers. If you’re passionate about great food, excellent service, and creating memorable experiences for guests, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Be Doing As a server at ShortE's BBQ, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has a fantastic dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and seating guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
- Answering questions about our menu and making recommendations.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Providing exceptional customer service to create a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
We’re seeking individuals who:
