Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited U.S. institution, or equivalent degree from a foreign medical school with permanent ECFMG certification or Fifth Pathway Certificate
• Completion of ABMS-recognized residency in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice
• Board certification and maintenance of certification by appropriate ABMS specialty board
• Active and unrestricted state medical license in any U.S. jurisdiction recognized by the FSMB
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
• Emergency department training or significant ED experience required
