Job Description: We are seeking a new talent to join the AI & Data team, with the following responsibilities: Own end-to-end AI platform architecture on Azure (AKS, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry) Define agentic orchestration framework - MAF, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel Translate VBP business requirements into technical roadmap and sprint-ready stories Lead code review standards, architectural governance, and technical decision records Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance is embedded in platform design from day one Serve as primary technical escalation point for Risant client stakeholders Oversee all 10 team members on technical direction - onshore and offshore *This is a hybrid role requiring three days/week in Walnut Creek/Pleasanton, CA area office. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end AI platform architecture including Generative AI & Agentic AI Solution Architecture, Cloud-Native Platform Engineering, Enterprise Integration & Event-Driven Architecture and DevSecOps, SRE & Production Operations HS Diploma/GED Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Similar Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
