Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Columbus

Argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to support neurology franchise launches and indication expansion in the Columbus–Cleveland region. The role focuses on demand generation, healthcare provider engagement, and achieving sales objectives through collaborative teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Develop local market strategy aligned with launch priorities and territory planning
- Engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy partners
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional teams on customer strategy alignment
- Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives within assigned geography
- Submit timely account plans and activity reports via CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Neurology sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience executing product launches
- Ability to collaborate with internal and field-based partners
- Understanding of specialty pharmacy and market access dynamics
Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
