Server / Food Expo Part-Time | Evenings & Weekends | Wine Bar & Kitchen Minimum wage Plus Tips Do you love creating memorable guest experiences more than simply taking orders? We're looking for a hospitality-minded Server/Food Expo to join our small, close-knit team in an intimate wine bar setting. This isn't your typical restaurant server position. We operate primarily as a counter-service wine bar, which means you'll spend less time running from table to table and more time building genuine connections with guests. You'll pour wine, beer, check in with tables throughout their visit, deliver food, help coordinate dishes from the kitchen, and ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk through the door. Because of our small team, everyone wears multiple hats. On any given shift you may be behind the bar, running food, expoing dishes, recommending wine pairings, bussing tables, or helping reset the space for the next guests. If you enjoy variety and thrive in a collaborative environment, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Provide warm, attentive hospitality and personalized guest service. Serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly. Learn our wine list and confidently recommend wines and pairings. Deliver food and beverages while checking in with guests throughout their experience. Expo food from the kitchen to ensure orders are accurate, complete, and beautifully presented. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining room, and service areas. Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and light side work. Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to create a seamless guest experience. We're Looking For Someone Who: Has previous restaurant, wine bar, brewery, or bartending experience (wine knowledge is a plus). Enjoys talking with people and making guests feel like regulars. Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask during busy service. Communicates well and works collaboratively with a small team. Is comfortable being on their feet and lifting up to 40 lbs. Is available evenings, weekends, and occasional special events. Bonus Qualifications. Previous experience expoing food or working in a small kitchen environment.
