Location: Alpharetta, GA/Omaha, NE (Locals Only)
Relevant Experience: 12+ Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Senior mainframe assembler with good hands-on project development using mainframe technologies: Cobol, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS and Assembler.
- Assembler and CICS knowledge are mandatory.
- Well versed with ISPF command utilities, IOF, CA7, Endevor, File-Aid/File-master, SPUFI, REXX.
- Exposure to incident/change management request tools.
- Exposure to any of the debugging tools for both batch and online environment (e.g., Xpeditor, Abend Aid).
- Working on scrum model/Jira handling.
- Experience in doing impact analysis, design document creation, change release, deployment, monitoring and estimation.
- Complete understanding of SDLC understanding.
- Willing to get involved in peak season monitoring, weekend support, release monitoring and production support.
- Strong knowledge in developing and implementing online issuer authorization applications, payment processing.
- Lead developer in associates and issuer mandates and enhancements.
- Should involve in code reviews, testing and implementing the projects and perform post implementation validation.
