Learn more at DescriptionThe Call Center Representative serves as a frontline point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound interactions to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. They follow established procedures and schedules to deliver timely, professional support across phone, chat, or email channels.
