Job TitleWage $18.14-$20.15 per hourWhy Join The Team?Benefits offering (health, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid time off)10% off groceries for you and your familyFlexible schedulingDaily pay optionsOpportunities for advancementDuties And Responsibilities IncludeAssists in ordering the merchandise for the department and is familiar with the store ordering cycle, makes corrections to the order books as needed, supervises order written by outside suppliers and maintains minimum back room inventory.Assist in maintaining accurate pricing by use of price books, daily/weekly price change sheets and merchandising and promotional lists.Works with supervisor on establishing and monitoring team member work schedules.Maintains effective control of department labor and inventory in line with established guidelines.Maintains an awareness of competitive activity within the store marketing areas at all times as it relates to your departments.Plans aggressive merchandising programs for increased sales. Assists management with cross merchandising ideas with other departments.Maintains adequate and appropriate department records at all times.Minimum Age: 18 YearsPhysical/Sensory DemandsWork is generally performed in a safe and comfortable store environment with the possibility of frequent exposure to hot or cold conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and eye, hand and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries. Also requires standing, walking and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location.
