Assistant Manager Opportunity - Cedar City

Sport Clips Haircuts is looking for a motivated, talented Assistant Manager who is passionate about cutting hair, delivering an exceptional client experience, and helping build a high-performing, positive team culture alongside the Store Manager.

If you're someone who enjoys leadership, thrives in a fast-paced salon environment, and wants to grow both personally and professionally-this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

Support the Store Manager in daily salon operations and team leadership
Deliver high-quality haircuts and excellent client service
Help coach and elevate team members to reach their full potential
Act as a key point of communication between staff, management, and clients
Assist with scheduling, organization, and problem-solving in a busy salon environment

What We're Looking For

Strong leadership and management skills with a business mindset
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities
Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
Passion for the hair industry and staying current with trends
Salon management experience is a plus-but not required

Compensation

Assistant Managers typically earn $30-$44/hour , including base pay, tips, and incentives. Top performers often earn even more.

Valid Utah cosmetology or barber license
