Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Adherence to dress code standards.

Versatility to handle multiple tasks during each shift.

Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.

Preferred experience in coffee venues with record of reliability.

Friendly, cooperative nature with a well-groomed appearance.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
