Private Wealth Advisor

Our client is a rapidly expanding RIA in the Tampa Bay area seeking a Client Advisor to service an established book of high-net-worth client relationships and provide comprehensive financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary advisor and point of contact for HNW clients and families.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, estate, tax, cash flow, and risk planning.
• Prepare for and lead client meetings and ongoing planning reviews.
• Develop actionable recommendations based on clients’ financial goals and circumstances.
• Coordinate with investment, operations, and other internal teams to deliver a high level of client service.
• Identify additional planning needs and opportunities within the existing client base.
• Ensure timely follow-through on client requests, recommendations, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Strong financial planning expertise and technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage client relationships and lead meetings.
• CFP® designation preferred, or actively pursuing the designation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
