Client Analyst
We are seeking a bright, organized, and client-focused Client Analyst to support a busy Wealth Management and Client Services team. This role serves as the primary point of contact during the client onboarding process while supporting investment operations, account administration, client service, and operational workflows.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting financial services, banking, wealth management, or corporate operations teams and enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Support
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process.
- Maintain new business opportunities within Salesforce CRM.
- Support onboarding documentation, contracting, and client data management.
- Introduce clients to digital platforms and available services.
- Maintain accurate client records.
Investment & Account Operations
- Prepare, submit, and track new investment account applications.
- Process account funding and asset transfers.
- Support banking services, beneficiary updates, POA documentation, and account maintenance.
- Coordinate operational requests with internal departments.
- Assist with investment documentation for third-party accounts.
- Support Private Equity, Fixed Income, and Special Investment operational requests.
Client Service
- Serve as a primary contact for operational client inquiries.
- Schedule client meetings.
- Resolve billing and contract issues.
- Complete client callbacks and identity verification procedures.
- Track client communications and consent requests.
Tax & Operational Support
- Assist during tax season with:
- Tax return quality control
- Estimated payments
- E-filing support
- Coordinate annual client mailings.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Support new policy and procedure rollouts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 25 years of corporate administrative, operations, or client service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Team player with professional communication skills.

- Salesforce CRM experience.
- Client onboarding experience.
- Investment account processing.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification (preferred, not required).
