Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Associate) to support our team in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.

• Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.

• Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.

• Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.

• Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.

• Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.

• Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

• Reviews and comprehends supplier statements of work.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 2+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes

• 2+ Experience project management experience with multiple stake holders

• 2+ Experience drafting contracts or legal documents

• 2+ Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Experience presenting for executive leadership awareness and approval

• Experience in Contract Management

• Familiarity with FAR and DFAR type contracting

• MRO and/or Service Experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $69,700 - $94,300/Annually
