As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help to deter incidents, and support access control activities. This driving role requires a valid driver's license under Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with visitors and staff, and respond to alarms or incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 01:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public at government facilities by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting and reporting unusual conditions or activity. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with established government facility policies and procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed. Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and incoming personnel. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. CPR and First Aid experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
