Role Summary The Content Marketing Manager at Winixx owns the content strategy that builds awareness, trust, and inbound demand across our carrier, shipper, fleet, and vendor audiences. You will create and distribute content that speaks directly to the people who move freight, manage fleets, and distribute parts — meeting them where they are and giving them genuine value before they ever sign up. What You'll Do Develop and execute a content marketing strategy across blog, email, social, video, and long-form formats Write and edit content that speaks authentically to carrier, shipper, fleet operator, and vendor audiences Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate content production across internal contributors and external writers Optimize all content for SEO and track organic search performance Develop carrier and shipper case studies, success stories, and platform guides Collaborate with the design team on visual content including infographics and social assets Build and manage the Winixx email newsletter and automated nurture sequences Track content performance metrics and continuously optimize based on engagement and conversion data What We're Looking For 3+ years of content marketing experience in a B2B or marketplace environment Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt voice for different audiences and formats Strong SEO fundamentals including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building Experience managing editorial calendars and coordinating multiple content workstreams Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools Experience in freight, logistics, fleet, or financial services is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field Portfolio of published B2B content is required Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front-row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission-driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
