Requirements

Experience: One year of front desk or dental office experience is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Reliability: Someone who enjoys a consistent routine and values being part of a stable team.

Job Description

Greet patients warmly and handle the check-in/check-out process.
Manage a multi-line phone system and schedule appointments accurately.
Verify insurance coverage and process patient payments.
Maintain digital patient records with high attention to detail.
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient flow.
