Remote US IT Recruiter - Full-Cycle Talent Scout

Tricon Solutions is seeking a seasoned US IT Recruiter to join our team and drive US IT staffing for direct clients and vendors. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source top IT talent, and coordinate interviews across time zones. Ideal candidates have 5–9 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing, strong knowledge of W2/C2C hiring, and familiarity with US work authorizations.
