PART-TIME BILINGUAL REQUIRED (SPANISH) POSITION AVAILABLE
**** MUST READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE APPLYING!****25-year business in Highland Park - very busy and still-growing legal document service/tax services company seeking a professional, highly motivated, experienced PART-TIME receptionist/front desk service clerk to help both walk-in and phone clients, and to assist the office manager with other duties. ONE (1) PART-TIME SHIFT AVAILABLE:- Saturday ONLY - 7 hours per week. 2 years experience in-person and phone customer service, a must. - Must type 45wpm or faster, and ACCURATELY, all ten fingers.
- PC experience REQUIRED, specifically Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Knowledge of Windows shortcuts and commands a huge plus
- Must be BILINGUAL fluent Spanish/English: VERY IMPORTANT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Lite cleaning around the office as needed, and other projects or assistance as needed by the office manager.
- Reliability/Dependability is key for this position! Finally, above all else, we need a sunny, happy, OUTGOING, customer-friendly attitude..... Where customer is ALWAYS right attitude, where you'll always do your best to make the customer's experience a memorable, positive one. Must have ability to leave personal problems AT HOME, and always maintain a friendly, "customer-first" attitude. Dependability and reliability is an absolute MUST. Someone who is EAGER to learn and willing to be trained, and who also takes INITIATIVE to make things happen and improve our business in any way, will likely get the job!
