Operating Room Registered Nurse

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN – Operating Room for an assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Details Specialty: OR – Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 per week (12‑hour day shifts) Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing major surgeries. Document patient care using EPIC charting system. Assist in procedures including ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, heart, kidney, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, laryngectomy, liver, lumbar fusion, lung, organ donation, orthopedic spine, radical neck dissection, tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, tracheostomy, Whipple, and XLIF. Provide on‑call coverage as required by unit needs. Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and licensing regulations. Collaborate effectively with surgical team and support staff. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of RN experience. Extensive experience in Hepatobiliary, Whipple, abdominal organ transplant, complex spine, ENT, neuro, and intrabdominal transplant procedures. Proficient skill set: ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, heart, kidney, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, laryngectomy, liver, lumbar fusion, lung, organ donation, orthopedic spine, radical neck dissection, tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, tracheostomy, Whipple, XLIF. Certifications: BLS and ACLS (required at submission). EPIC charting experience. MO or compact license required; IL license accepted at time of submission. Willingness to provide on‑call coverage as needed. Eligible to travel; local candidates within 75‑mile radius not accepted. Must meet face‑mask fit testing compliance requirements.
