Ideal experience and qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current OT licensure in Pennsylvania
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-based populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and various school/community settings
• Dedication to facilitating student progress, independence, and achievement

Key responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and design/implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students across assigned settings
• Document progress and collaborate with teachers and parents to maximize student benefit
• Contribute to IEP and intervention planning meetings
• Consult with school staff to adapt classroom environments and promote student success
