Key Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience in pediatrics, specifically within school or early intervention settings
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Ability to organize and prioritize caseloads efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students, working 4–5 days per week in Aston and Broomall locations
• Manage a diverse caseload: provide full-time PT to early intervention classrooms and school-age students with low-incidence needs
• Assess student abilities, develop treatment plans, and track progress toward individualized education goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Maintain thorough, timely records in accordance with district and state guidelines
