Strategic Healthcare HR & Recruitment Director

Paramount Care Centers seeks a Human Resources and Recruitment Director to lead workforce strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and align HR initiatives with the facility’s mission of high-quality resident care. You will oversee talent acquisition, labor relations, performance management, onboarding, and culture, while managing compensation, benefits, and employee records. This role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 3–5 years of HR leadership in healthcare, and strong policy, #J-18808-Ljbffr
