Employ weapons or force if necessary to maintain discipline and order. Maintain order and security of inmates. Work any shift, assigned to various posts including armory/key control, housing units, kitchen, medical, visitation, etc. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Qualifications You may be a fit for this role if you: Have a high school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent. Have a valid driver's license. Can demonstrate the ability to complete any required training. Are available to work any hours, any shift. Are at least 18 years of age. Have or are willing to obtain the necessary criminal justice or security officer certification; CoreCivic will provide paid training and cover licensing costs. May have prior criminal justice experience; CoreCivic also offers training for those without experience.
