What You’ll Do As our Education Program Support, you will play a vital role in daily operations and program success: Support daily school operations alongside the Executive Director. Supervise, coach, and support teaching staff. Ensure compliance with Head Start, EHS, VPK, DCF, and licensing standards. Perform high-volume data entry and tracking with accuracy. Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention. Provide classroom support when needed. Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff. Marketing, Events & Outreach Manage and post daily social media content . Help coordinate school events and family engagement activities. Maintain website updates and track classroom/event photos. Growth & Development Assist with grant research and writing . Support fundraising and community partnerships. Qualifications (Required) Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Director Credential (Required). Experience with children ages 0–5. Experience in an Early Childhood Center office setting. Fluent in English & Spanish. Preferred Experience Head Start / Early Head Start / VPK programs. HighScope & Creative Curriculum. Teachstone CLASS (Observer Certification or willingness within 90 days). Pyramid Model knowledge/certification. Skills That Set You Apart Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fast and accurate data entry & computer proficiency. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Knowledge of basic Human Resources & Social Media practices. Strong writing and documentation skills. Requirements Pass Level 2 Background Screening. Meet all DCF requirements .
