Soldering and assembly experience strongly preferred.Communication: Must be literate. Fluent in English; read, write and speak preferred. Must be able to follow instruction and provide feedback.Excellent manual dexterityAbility to prioritize and adjust in a fast-paced manufacturing work environment.Motivated with the ability to both works independently and with the teamVery strong organizational skills.Ability to train colleagues, new hires and temporary staff.Ability to prioritize and to focus on details with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
