This is a founding engineer opportunity, offering true ownership, fast progression, and the chance to build at the forefront of applied AI. What You'll Do
• Build and ship multi-modal AI agents across browser, voice, text, and API integrations
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows and deliver real-world impact
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent performance
• Build core infrastructure including orchestration, memory, and reasoning layers
• Own product features end-to-end, from concept through to deployment
• Contribute to platform strategy, identifying patterns across customers and scaling solutions
What You'll Have
• 1-4 years experience as a Product / Full Stack Engineer
• Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Experience shipping products or features end-to-end with real user impact
• Background in high-growth startups or strong brand-name environments
• Exposure to AI, LLMs, or agent-based systems (preferred but not essential)
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive, ambitious, and product-focused What's In It For You
