Role Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The nurse is responsible for maintaining practice standards and coordinating patient care activities of assigned staff to ensure quality care delivery. Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Implement and evaluate nursing interventions. Coordinate and supervise care provided by assigned staff. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain standards of practice. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates eligible. Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required.
