AP Staff Accountant

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AP Staff Accountant in Saint Charles, MO. Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Cash reconciliation, invoice coding, month end work, journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules
- Coordinates, prepares, and verifies supporting documentation to ensure accurate / timely invoice package preparation and general ledger recording
- AP Staff Accountant will input vendor invoices in accounting software (SAP)
- General ledger maintenance and aids with month end closing
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Experience with General Ledger accounting and strong understanding of GAAP principles is required
- SAP experience is preferred
