Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Mayfield Heights, OH Schedule / Job Type Contract (13–18 week options available) | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner Required Qualifications Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission Active AHA BLS certification required at time of submission Active AHA ACLS certification required at time of submission One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months is required Clear background check required; no open cases or license hits will be accepted Preferred Experience / Skills 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility location preferred Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration assessments Why Join Us Flexible contract length options (13 or 18 weeks) with potential for extensions up to 18 months Opportunity to work within a well-established health system in a high-acuity specialty setting Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 771648.
