Operations Manager - Custom Millshop

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our custom millshop and help deliver exceptional projects from concept to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily millshop operations and production workflow Coordinate projects from approved shop drawings through fabrication and installation Manage production schedules, priorities, and project deadlines Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and installation teams Attend project and site meetings as required Ensure materials, hardware, and supplies are ordered and available on schedule Monitor quality control throughout production and installation Proactively identify and resolve production, scheduling, or operational challenges Improve shop efficiency, workflow, and operational processes Lead, support, and motivate shop and operations personnel Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Construction Management, or a related field preferred Experience in millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, or construction-related operations Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills Experience working directly with clients, architects, designers, and contractors Ability to manage multiple projects, production schedules, and deadlines simultaneously Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural plans Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Software experience with Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, Promob, and Dinabox Technical skills in CNC operation, carpentry, shop drawings, and millwork What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Professional, collaborative, and supportive work environment Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities Opportunity to work on high-end, custom architectural millwork projects Exposure to exciting and unique projects with a skilled and passionate team We are looking to hire the right candidate as soon as possible.
