They Will Be Responsible For All Pre-employment Processes, Including Creating Offer Letters, Initiating And Monitoring Background Checks, And Processing New Hires. Responsibilities Include: Work closely with the Recruitment and Onboarding teams in all facets of the recruitment and onboarding process. Generate contingent offer letters and promotion and transfer letters. Submit and monitor background checks. Process new hires in SAP. Generate a variety of recruitment reports, including: weekly position vacancy, positions filled, time to fill and other recruitment analytic reports. Respond to Talent Recruitment Services inquiries received in general inbox. Required Skills 1-3 years of related administrative or HR experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Familiarity with SAP, Silkroad Recruiting and Onboarding portal is desirable. Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt and remain flexible with duties. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
