As a Part-Time Medical Assistant, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with patient check-ins and preparing them for exams.
• Taking and recording vital signs and medical histories.
• Vaccinations of infants - > Adults
• Supporting the pediatricians during examinations and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Helping with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

We’re seeking someone who is eager to learn, reliable, and enjoys working with children. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• No prior experience required — Prior experience welcomed but we’re happy to work with individuals who are enthusiastic and willing to grow in this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A caring and patient demeanor, especially when working with children and families.
