Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

We're hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort working in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• Willingness to work the listed schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–6:00pm and Friday 7:00am–4:00pm.
• Ability to provide patient education and communicate effectively with an older adult patient population.
• New graduates welcome. Orthopedic internship experience preferred.
• Open to relocation candidates.

Clinical & Schedule Details:

• Clinic type: Outpatient.
• Shift: Days. Schedule: Mon–Thurs 7am–6pm; Fri 7am–4pm. Flexibility available based on patient needs.
• Treatment times typically 30 minutes. Longer sessions available for postoperative or complex cases.
• Evaluation slots typically 45 minutes. Appointment lengths may be 30/45/60 minutes as needed.
• Clinical autonomy to adjust treatment time. Occasional double-booking at the PT's discretion.
• Supportive, family-friendly culture emphasizing teamwork and work-life balance.

Team & Support:

• Clinical Director provides hands-on training and mentorship.
• Current team includes 4 PTs, 3 PTAs, and 2 OTs.
• Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship for new graduates and experienced clinicians.
