Senior Operator Readiness Lead: Training & Certification
Midcontinent Independent System Operator
Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) is seeking a Senior Operator Readiness Advisor to manage desk-specific training programs from onboarding through desk certification. You will develop and facilitate training, monitor progress, and address readiness gaps to prepare operators for real-world operating conditions. You will lead onboarding, OJT, and qualification programs, track progress, and partner with leadership to continuously improve training effectiveness, aiming to reduce #J-18808-Ljbffr
