We are currently building local partner networks throughout Europe and are looking for individuals or organizations with access to local communities, recruitment resources, professional networks, or business contacts.

Role Overview

As a European Talent Sourcing Partner, you will help identify, recruit, and coordinate local participants for various research, testing, evaluation, and business-related projects.

Participants may include consumers, students, professionals, freelancers, e-commerce users, business owners, or other target groups depending on project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and introduce suitable local participants.

• Utilize local communities, social networks, recruitment channels, or professional contacts.

• Coordinate communication between participants and project teams.

• Assist with participant management and project execution.

• Build long-term local resource networks for future projects.

Requirements

• Based in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Belgium, Greece, or other European countries.

• Strong local network, community resources, or recruitment capabilities.

• Experience in recruitment, HR, market research, community management, business development, or related fields is preferred.

• Good communication skills and professional attitude.

• Fluent English communication is preferred.

Compensation

• Project-based cooperation.

• Compensation is calculated based on project scope, participant numbers, and project complexity.

• Typical earnings range from €200 to €4,000+ per project.

• Additional bonuses may be provided for successful participant sourcing and project completion.
