Oculus Group is expanding its national network of experienced, entrepreneurial recruiting professionals.

\n

\n

We're seeking accomplished 360 Full-Desk Recruiters who have demonstrated success developing client relationships, generating new business, sourcing candidates, and closing placements.

\n

Our model is designed for recruiters who want the independence of running their own business without having to build every piece of the recruiting infrastructure themselves.

\n

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced agency recruiters with a successful full-desk recruiting background.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to originate new client business and generate recruiting revenue.
\n
• Established client relationships and/or a strong professional network.
\n
• Proven sourcing, candidate management, and placement experience.
\n
• Self-directed professionals comfortable operating independently.
\n
• Entrepreneurial recruiters seeking to grow their own businesses within a collaborative network.
