General Manager – New Location | High-Energy Cafe | $76K–$86K + Bonus

This is your chance to lead a high-volume specialty coffee & food operation that’s making serious waves. Strong systems, real support, and a brand people are excited about.

Lead a high-volume café delivering exceptional guest experiences

Execute systems that keep the business running smoothly and efficiently

What You Bring:

3+ years as a General Manager in high-volume QSR or fast casual

Drive-thru experience (required)

New store opening experience is a big plus
