Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekends Only

Avanti Wellness Austin, LLC is looking for a PRN IV Infusion Registered Nurse – Weekends Only to join our DRIPBaR team at the Domain location. *This position is available at our Domain Location. Applicants MUST be available for a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month, including some weekday availability.* The DRIPBaR is a new franchise providing high‑quality vitamin therapy at the cellular level, plus wellness services such as halo therapy, cold pool plunge, and Normatec compression sleeves. Our registered nurses handle only the purest, highest‑quality ingredients, including fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants designed to support client wellness. As a DRIPBaR registered nurse, you will provide exceptional IV infusion therapy, monitor clients during and after treatment, and educate them on treatment regimens, condition management, and follow‑up when applicable. Ideal Candidate Criteria Exceptional IV insertion skills (non‑negotiable). Impeccable client service and bedside manner. Comfortable with all IV and IM related services. Meets all state requirements. Stellar verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional ethics and integrity. Ability to work independently or with a team. Preferred critical care clinical nursing experience. Primary Responsibilities Always represent DRIPBaR LLC professionally. Arrive at company office/client location on time, appropriately dressed (uniformed attire), and ready to deliver an exceptional client experience. Establish a positive rapport with clients. Assess clients and the environment for appropriateness and safety. Educate on the benefits of IV / IM therapy as well as additional services offered. Stay up to date with new protocols and services. Provide skilled care to clients. Maintain current nursing licensure in all states where services are delivered. Comply with all state and federal regulations and laws, including OSHA health and safety protections. Adhere to HIPAA privacy and data security requirements. Complete required training and competencies, both initial and ongoing. Assist in staff orientation and training as requested. Communicate to managers any issues or concerns. Participate actively in all company meetings. Track inventory and inform the ordering manager of needed supplies. Safeguard and handle provided supplies and materials with caution and care. Requirements Required Qualifications Must be highly skilled in IV placement. Must have 3 years’ experience in daily IV placement with 3+ years of RN experience preferred. Must follow directions well and be proficient in multitasking. Access to reliable transportation. Able to work collaboratively with co‑workers and clients. Able to work independently in all care settings. Able to meet attendance, punctuality, and other reliability standards of the position. Ability to work at The Domain and Four Points Locations.
