**Job Summary:**
The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, sanitized, and well-organized. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and supporting the overall guest/resident experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a friendly disposition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as necessary.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as required.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and paper products in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with laundry services as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
